I'm going to be doing some guest blogging over at Simply Recipes, one of the most premier food blogs on the internet. I'll be actually actually breaking away from cupcakes and focusing on cookies for a change, the first one being pumpkin biscotti.     Why isn't there butter in the biscotti recipe? Barbara

    Annonymous - Because it doesn't need butter. The cookie is supposed to be very dense and crunchy, the addition of a fat to that would deter the texture.
